Quarantine Exercises- Mid back pain
Have you ever had that pain right between or at the top of your shoulder blades? It hurts to sit, stand, reach, turn your head, pretty much everything! Well here’s a way to take care of that.
Grab a broom or PVC pipe and something to sit on, preferably without a back rest. With the stick on your back, turn as far as you can left and right. Take note of how far you can get or have someone watch for you. Then perform 3 sets and recheck your range of motion. Did it improve?
This may not immediately make your pain disappear, but continue doing it a couple times a day and you’ll notice the effects.
