Home Workouts - Use what you have

Gyms are closed and workouts are going to get really boring if you don’t have an arsenal of gym equipment at home. With as little as a couple dumbbells, you can do pretty much anything, but what if you don’t even have that? Get creative! For some of the daily @freewillcrossfit workouts I ask people to use an “odd object.” Here’s a few examples of the suggestions. Have fun!
