Eating for weight loss vs. eating for health

For weight loss, the main goal is to change the ratio of calories in vs. calories out. To be healthy, the goal is to eat a variety of REAL foods in an amount that supports your activity level. The point is that weight loss shouldn’t be the only goal. There’s much more to health than being thinner.
