Get better sleep

We are creatures of habit. Routines make us feel comfortable and more accomplished. I mean... who wouldn’t want to feel like that right before bed? Stay away from the phone and TV, but any other routine can help slow your brain down and create an easier transition from daily stress into sleep.

Obviously I would encourage stretching, but I want to know what you do. Let me know what you come up with!
